Although when I first logged this issue the drivers had been verified, now that I reinstall the driver today things work correctly. There are many UX models listed.
They kinda try to work but cut out after a few seconds. Downloading the audio driver manually and restarting the computer didn't work for me. I've tried it twice now and nothing. I've even tried a complete PC Reset, but still the same problem persists.

Check you're not muted: When you join a Zoom meeting you'll normally have to click to activate the microphone, because you're muted. Look for the microphone icon in the bottom left hand corner, if it's crossed out, click it to unmute your microphone. If you're on the mobile app, you'll have to "join with audio" to be able to speak or hear sound.
